Your Role

We are looking for a Community Manager to help grow and support the Galxe/Gravity community in Korea. This role is best suited for a driven, crypto-native professional who is deeply familiar with the dynamics of effective community building in the Korean market.

Your focus will be on creating a vibrant and resilient Korean community, while also supporting our global initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and growing our community across digital platforms and act as a liaison between our global community and the Korean market.

Cross-functional collaboration is an important part of this role. You will be expected to collaborate extensively with our Korean-based team members who manage BD, partnerships, and ecosystem development. Additionally, successfully growing Galxe and Gravity's presence in Korea will require close coordination with our Global marketing team.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage & Grow the Korean Community
  • Keep our Korean community updated with Gravity ecosystem primary developments via Telegram and other social media platforms
  • Engage with the community to help anyone get involved, connecting various contributors with projects and other opportunities
  • Answer technical and non-technical user questions, help with troubleshooting Gravity products
  • Maintain relationships with Korean crypto outlets and influencers (KOLs)
• Amplify Messages
  • Work closely with our Marketing Team to drive meaningful awareness and quality engagement
  • Lead translation of marketing documents, white-papers, and other technical and non-technical content
  • Develop educational content such as blog posts, guides, videos, etc.
• Organize and Participate Events
  • Lead the content creation, community events, and marketing campaigns for the Korean community
  • Build, maintain, and operate a calendar of content, events, and activities
  • Support online and in-person hackathons, meetups, webinars, and conferences
• Gather Feedback and Provide Support
  • Define objectives and key results to be used in weekly reports
  • Track performance and make recommendations to improve structures and processes
  • Work with ecosystem contributors to coordinate various initiatives

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (native Korean and fluent English, Proficiency in Japanese is a plus)
• 2+ years of professional experience as a community manager or similar position
• 2+ years moderating active Telegram, Discord, KakaoTalk, and related platforms
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, responsiveness and a proactive mentality
• Relevant professional experience in social media, digital marketing, or analytics
• Detail-oriented with high problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills

Desirable Knowledge:

• Deep enthusiasm, knowledge, and familiarity with the blockchain/crypto industry
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, community members, and ecosystem partners.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and developer relations best practices to improve our approach continuously.
• Monitor and Interact with communities across major social channels, such as Telegram, Twitter, Discord, Kakao, Line, YouTube, and more.
