Business Intelligence Executive

Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager (BIM) you will work across the business to support the ambition of the Business Intelligence Department. The overall goal of this department is to transform data into actionable insights that will drive Mozio to more informed decision-making and optimize how we run the business guiding both product and commercial/pricing decisions.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver weekly reports to the Executive team, offering insights that inform strategy.
• Produce and analyze monthly OKR reports, collaborating with the Business Intelligence Manager (BIM).
• Support pricing decisions through precise data entry and updates.
• Build and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI and other tools.
• Generate monthly performance reports for the Distribution team.
• Ensure data consistency, reliability, and accuracy by working closely with the BIM.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings (e.g., Product, Finance, Supply, Distribution, Marketing) to align insights with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or completed University degree (preferred fields: Economics, Business Administration, or related areas).
• Advanced English level (Upper-intermediate or above) is needed for effective communication.
• Technical Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and the Microsoft environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• SQL (good to know)

• You can easily grasp the workflows and dynamics of different departments within the organization and proactively assist them in leveraging data to achieve their goals.
• You can act as a bridge between data insights and departmental needs, ensuring that your work supports and enhances cross-functional collaboration
