- Manage and grow Retink’s presence across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring consistent voice and tone.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activity to optimize performance.
- Produce innovative campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Community Engagement
- Foster a vibrant online community by responding promptly to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Initiate and moderate discussions to encourage interaction and build relationships with Retink's audience.
- Organize and host online events, such as webinars, Q&A sessions, and live streams, to engage the community.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify Simplex’s reach.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on social media and community metrics, providing actionable insights to improve strategies.
- Monitor engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign performance against KPIs.
- Use analytics tools to measure the impact of social initiatives on Simplex’s business objectives.
Brand Advocacy and Feedback Loop
- Act as the voice of the brand, ensuring all interactions reflect Retink’s values and mission.
- Gather user feedback and insights from the community to inform product development and customer experience improvements.
- Build strong relationships with community members, turning them into loyal advocates of Retink, especially for our product, Simplex.
Collaboration and Innovation
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to align efforts and maintain a cohesive brand message.
Experiment with new social media features and trends to keep Retink at the forefront of innovation. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance social and community strategies.
