Bid Manager - (m/f/d)

SoSafe is looking to build out a Bid Management function to help our enterprise and public sector sales teams. To do so, we’re looking for people with a passion for purpose-driven technology and its impactful application. The function is going to be the interface between Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Legal. You will have the opportunity to build out that new function and actively shape the exciting journey from a startup to the leading Cyber-Security provider in Europe.

Your Mission:

• You’re going to be the first Bid Manager on the ground, so you have the privilege and the accountability to work with all relevant stakeholders to build out the function.

• You’re going to actively source RFPs in our core markets and take care of the reply to them.

• You will work closely with our sales teams for the enterprise segment and the public sector to work on RFPs

• You’re going to work with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a speedy and detail-oriented response.

• Over time you’re going to build out processes to respond to RFPs efficiently, handle RFP related knowledge, and track our performance against RFPs.

Your Profile:

• Fluency in German and English.

• At least 5 years of experience in Bid Management or related roles, ideally within the SaaS sector.

• Knowledge of cyber security, especially within the context of awareness training, is highly desirable.

• Strong project management capabilities and familiarity with bid management tools and CRM systems.

• Proven cross-functional collaboration techniques, with experience working alongside Sales, Consulting, Product, and Legal teams.

• Ability to take care of complicated bids with attention to detail while maintaining pragmatism and efficiency.
