Channel/Partner Manager Benelux & Nordics (m/f/d)

Due to the significant growth in the region, we are expanding our Benelux Partner team and are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Manager to help drive growth. The successful candidate will be accountable for acquiring and developing new partnerships that align with the company's business objectives, while also ensuring existing partnerships are nurtured and maintained. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in partner management, business development, and a strong knowledge of the Benelux and Nordic markets.

Your mission:

• Identify and prospect new partnerships that align with the company's business objectives in the Benelux and Nordic regions

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner companies and maintain ongoing communication to ensure successful partnerships

• Continuously monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize results

• Negotiate and close partnership agreements with potential partners, ensuring the terms are favorable to both parties

• Take care of existing partnerships, ensuring ongoing communication and effective collaboration to drive growth and value for both parties

• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve

Your profile:

• Previous experience in partner management or sales, with a focus on the Benelux and Nordic regions

• Proven track record of acquiring and developing successful partnerships

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the aptitude to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

• Self-starter who is able to work alone, as well as part of a team

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, vibrant environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Fluency in Dutch and English
