At Events.com (former Evensi), we are seeking a data-driven Product Analyst to analyze user behavior, implement tracking systems, and provide actionable insights to optimize product performance. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, and A/B testing, and excels in cross-functional collaboration.
Core Responsibilitie
- Product Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on user behavior to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and growth areas.
- Tracking and Event Implementation: Work with engineers and technical teams to configure tracking tools, implement events, and monitor key KPIs.
- Dashboard and Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to provide the team with a clear and updated view of product metrics.
- Insight Identification: Perform in-depth analyses to identify strategic insights and provide optimization recommendations to the product team.
- A/B Testing Support: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and product improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure decisions are backed by solid data.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency with analysis tools such as SQL, Python/R for data analysis, and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
- Experience in implementing and managing tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and accessibly to non-technical teams.
- Experience with scripting languages for data automation and integration.
