AI Engineering Lead

We are looking to hire a Machine Learning Engineer to join our scrappy team. Our company has successfully deployed our retrieval augmented generation technology into some of the largest energy companies, positioning us ahead of most AI startups in terms of commercialization. We now need a talented engineer to help us lead our AI efforts and transform our foundation into a world-class product.

Key Responsibilities:
Data processing and ETL optimization.
Creating Benchmarks and evals.
Integrating user feedback and supervised learning to optimize our models.
Fine-tuning large language models and developing agentic workflows

This is an in-office position, and you will be working closely with the CEO and the development team. As part of a small team, your contributions will be vital to our success.

We are looking for someone that has the ability to be an individual contributor and have a high level of execution today while having the ability or potential to build and lead teams in the future.

The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $300,000 per year plus equity and medical benefits included.
