We are now seeking a highly experienced and dynamic marketing and sales leader to join our founding team.Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned marketing and sales professional with extensive experience in similar or competitor companies in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maximising sales, understanding customer acquisition costs, and driving customer lifetime value (LTV). This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company and play a key role in our growth and success.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth across all verticals (graphology, numerology, and e-commerce).
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Brand Development: Enhance brand awareness and positioning through innovative marketing campaigns, PR, and partnerships. Build a strong and recognisable brand in the market.
Customer Acquisition and Retention: Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies, optimising the cost of acquisition (CAC) and maximising customer lifetime value (LTV). Implement effective retention and loyalty programs.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Drive online traffic and engagement through data-driven strategies.
Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market reach. Develop sales processes, training programs, and performance metrics.
Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business growth and market presence.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the executive team.
Dynamic Skillset: Co-ordination amongst various cross-functional teams like finance, technology, product and thought-provoking ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Requirements
Experience: 4+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the tech, AI, or wellness industries. Proven experience in a similar or competitor company in India.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high performing team.
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing and sales strategies.
Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
