Job Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into enrolled students for our forex trading course. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will play a crucial role in showcasing the value of our program and building relationships that lead to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify leads through outreach (calls, emails, social media, WhatsApp).
Educate prospects about the benefits of our forex trading course and mentorship.
Schedule and manage consultation calls for interested leads with our sales team or mentors.
Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM.
Stay updated on 234 Tech’s offerings to answer customer questions effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of forex trading or willingness to learn.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
