We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Administrator to lead the charge in optimizing our critical business systems. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and the teams that rely on it, driving impactful change and ensuring seamless operations across our tech ecosystem. With a deep understanding of system integrations and a hands-on approach, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, solve complex technical challenges, and implement solutions that scale with our growing organization. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system enhancements and lead change management efforts.
- Understand the integrations within our tech stack and how updates impact the overall business systems ecosystem. Identify risks, prioritize improvements, and design solutions to streamline processes and ensure successful adoption.
- Configure and implement new systems or enhance existing ones, including deployment, testing, integration, training, and project management.
- Support technology implementations and contribute to process changes and innovation across departments. Develop workflows, launch system development initiatives, and implement new technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical software issues related to business systems.
- Ensure data integrity across all platforms and maintain accurate system documentation.
- Manage competing priorities across multiple systems and tickets effectively. Contribute to roadmap design, outlining desired outcomes and prioritization strategies.
Required Skills
- 4–7 years of experience supporting and managing Salesforce and other integrated tools.
- Expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce Flow and CPQ.
- Proven ability to manage and support 100+ users.
- Experience working in a SaaS organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues systematically.
- Ability to define business and system requirements clearly.
- Skilled in balancing multiple detail-oriented tasks with minimal supervision.
- Capability to lead projects from ideation through implementation.
