What You’ll Own

Customer-Driven Innovator

• Champion the voice of parents and early adopters, ensuring every feature aligns with their needs and delivers exceptional value.
• Define and track key product metrics like DAU and user satisfaction, using data to measure success and prioritize improvements.

Product Architect

• Lead the full product lifecycle, evolving our existing product into a best-in-class app experience that simplifies usability and increases engagement.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

Visionary Strategist

• Work closely with the CEO to shape the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
• Stay ahead of trends in health tech and mobile app design, leveraging cutting-edge approaches to deliver transformative solutions that inspire trust and improve outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table

Mission Alignment

• You’re deeply passionate about improving children’s health and inspired by the opportunity to build a platform that transforms lives.

Proven Product Leadership

• Extensive experience in product management, particularly for mobile apps (iOS required, Android preferred).
• A track record of taking products from zero to one and scaling them successfully in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Technical and Strategic Expertise

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, customer-driven design, and user engagement strategies.
• Experience managing or closely collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.

Entrepreneurial Spirit

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with mobile apps.
• Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams in startups or high-growth environments.
