Merchant Operations Coordinator

About the role

As an Operations Coordinator at Bolt Food, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery services for our partners.You will work closely with restaurant owners and managers to streamline processes, address operational challenges, and improve overall service quality. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of an innovative food delivery platform while making a real impact on local businesses.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Working closely with Strategy and Partner operations manager on optimizing daily team tasks and short-term projects and
• Ensuring high level of partner quality with solving partners problems and any questions
• Checking content metrics and providing solutions to have sustainable content on the app
• Working closely with Account Management and Sales teams to have qualitative operations, supporting on mutual projects
• Analyzing data – you will monitor performance data and build processes in order to improve results

About you:

• You have 0-1 year of experience in delivery, operations, customer related fields
• You have a data-driven analytical mindset (good Excel, reporting skills)
• You have high attention to details and ability working with team
• You have a good command of Azerbaijani and English
• You are passionate about new technologies and food tech
• You are a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
