Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team and spearhead the strategy, development, and launch of AI/ML-powered products from end to end. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery. Your experience with diverse AI models—including traditional machine learning, deep learning, large language models, and reinforcement learning—will be crucial in shaping innovative, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Ownership:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-powered products.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs to guide product development.
• Communicate the product vision clearly to stakeholders and the development team.

End-to-End Product Management:

• Lead AI/ML product launches from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user requirements.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including ideation, development, testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Oversee and prioritize product backlogs using Agile methodologies.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers to define technical requirements and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Bridge technical and non-technical teams, translating complex AI/ML concepts into actionable product strategies.
• Act as a mentor to junior product managers and team members.

AI/ML Expertise:

• Leverage experience with machine learning, deep learning, large language models, and reinforcement learning to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure models are optimized, interpretable, and aligned with product goals.
• Stay informed about emerging AI/ML trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications / Required Skills and Experience:

Product Management:

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading AI/ML product launches from concept to deployment.
• Expertise in managing cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience defining KPIs, measuring success, and iterating on products based on feedback.

AI/ML Expertise:

• Strong understanding of traditional machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, BERT) and their integration into products.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning models and their real-world applications.
• Ability to work effectively with data science and engineering teams to align technical implementations with product needs.

Technical Proficiency:

• Basic understanding of AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS for model deployment and scalability.
• Experience managing APIs and integrations with AI/ML systems.

Leadership and Communication:

• Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and business audiences.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.
• Experience mentoring and growing junior team members.

Startup Experience (Preferred):

• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with limited resources and high expectations.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of AutoML tools and techniques.
• Experience working with explainable AI (XAI) and ethical AI practices.
• Understanding of data pipeline workflows and MLOps best practices.
• Familiarity with user research and usability testing for AI-driven products.
