Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented, motivated, and experienced Financial Controller and Accountant to improve our financial management and accounting functions. In this role, you will create and maintain a strategic overview of our financial records and budgets, produce reports on activities, and generate financial forecasts on strategic decision-making options. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted individual in supporting and structuring payment processes. Given the nature of our business, a basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and an interest in blockchain technology are important.

Responsibilities:
• Strategic Financial Control & Analysis:
• Analyze accounting data and create financial projections to support informed, strategic decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual reports to identify trends, financial results, and forecasts.
• Control budgets and perform financial calculations to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Develop and enforce financial reporting systems to meet compliance and regulatory standards.
• Regularly review and refine financial plans and budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Establish processes to minimize errors in data collection and financial analysis.
• Accounting & Payment Processing:
• Oversee and manage all company accounts and investments.
• Conduct payments in collaboration with accounting staff, ensuring thorough documentation and clear financial overviews.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting systems, covering payroll and invoicing.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, reviewing transactions and internal reports.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with proven financial management and controlling expertise.
• Strong auditing experience and focus on compliance.
• Proficiency with accounting software and strong analytical capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in accounting, controlling, budget management, and financial calculations.
• Interest in blockchain technology is an asset.

Availability: Immediate
Hours: Full Time (40 hrs/week)
Location: Vaduz, Liechtenstein, with occasional remote work possibilities
