UI UX Designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.Des), Technology (B.Tech), or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  
• Candidates from NID or NIFT will be given preference.
  

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Prototyping:

   • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
     
   • Develop final design assets, ensuring alignment with project goals and user needs.
     

2. Visual Design:

   • Build and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure a cohesive visual language across platforms.
     
   • Enhance user interfaces with innovative and appealing visual elements.
     

3. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging user experiences.
     
   • Incorporate user feedback to refine and improve designs iteratively.
     

4. Technical Expertise:

   • Ensure designs are functional and optimized for development by understanding basic HTML/CSS principles (preferred).
     
   • Collaborate with developers to bridge the gap between design and implementation.
     

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW).
  
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  
• Experience in motion graphics is a plus.
  
• Attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with functionality.
