We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on driving revenue growth through customer expansion, upselling, renewals, and additional contracting opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in account management and sales.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations to understand their needs and identify opportunities for additional products and services
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts through expansion and upsell initiatives
- Renewals: Manage the renewal process for existing contracts, ensuring timely negotiations and contract execution to secure continued partnership
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account-specific plans that align with LeanTaaS’s business objectives and customer needs
- Customer Engagement: Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to discuss performance metrics, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for further engagement
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide valuable insights and recommendations to both clients and internal teams
- Reporting: Track and report on account performance, revenue metrics, and customer satisfaction levels to ensure alignment with company goals
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related experience
- 5+ years of Account Management in a SaaS based product environment (within the Healthcare vertical preferred)
- Strong experience in identifying growth opportunities and expanding revenue through existing business
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving account growth
- Experience in cross-team collaboration
- Experience in product engagement and feature utilization with the ability to up-sell the product for the sustainable evolution of accounts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
- Strong administrative skills and sophistication to manage business processes in complex environments
