We provide a world-class customer experience beyond the game play featuring exciting features like tournaments, dynamic personalised campaigns, rewards, -gamification features and much more! We also work closely with our CRM and VIP teams to build the next generation back office tools to support their processes.
As a member of the Player Rewards and Gamification team, you will manage high-traffic systems that are vital to the experience of Betsson Group users. Your role involves ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while also emphasizing non-functional requirements to boost system resilience and reliability. Navigating the landscape of regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions, you will uphold and enhance Betsson Group's global offering. Your contribution will be crucial in fortifying Betsson Group's reputation for excellence in the highly competitive i-Gaming market.
A taster of what you will be involved with:
Work closely with Product Managers
Produce detailed product specifications in the form of user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, complemented by descriptive aids such as wireframes and flowcharts where necessary, to ensure the development teams have all required information to deliver the desired outcome.
Participate in the product discovery process for assigned initiatives (including hypothesis generation, requirements gathering, design, and scoping) in collaboration with the Product Managers, Product Designers, Data Analysts, and Engineers.
Assist the Product Manager in ensuring that the product development backlog is properly organised, prioritised, and kept up-to-date.
Contribute to the product vision, and champion this vision with stakeholders and the engineering teams.
Ensure that proper analytics, tracking and data collection mechanisms are in place to understand user behaviors and/or product performance.
Provide the necessary product support to the development teams as may be required to aid their delivery.
Work with other parts of the organization as and when necessary to ensure the expected outcomes are achieved and are measured.
Communicate product releases and the status of ongoing product development to the wider organization.
Hold effective demos and trainings with stakeholders for new product concepts and releases as and when required.
Ensure that relevant product documentation and wikis are well maintained.
Perform user acceptance testing of new product releases (or ensure co-ordination of).
Continuously reviewing the live product to identify areas for improvement and any deviations from the expected experience.
Assist and support the Product Manager in any matters as may be delegated from time to time.
Learning the market & customer needs through data and customer feedback.
What We Are Looking For:
A relevant academic degree or qualifications in Software Development.
At least 2 years of experience working as a Product Owner.
Prior experience in the gaming industry will be considered a big plus.
Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
Good skills working with various workshops, documentation, planning tools.
Experience working with agile and remote development teams.
Comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organization.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into solvable and easily understandable parts.
Natural curiosity and ability to question assumptions and uncover insights for informed problem discovery.
Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to logically measure risk against potential gain.
A team player capable of building positive working relationships across the company.
A keen eye for detail and a user centric mindset.
