Job Title: Fullstack Developer with LLM Expertise

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, who will also contribute to the development and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate is proficient in modern web development frameworks and tools, has a strong understanding of LLM development, and is passionate about building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities

1. Front-End Development Develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React. Implement complex UI components and interactions to enhance user experience. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional interfaces. Optimize front-end code for performance, ensuring quick loading times and efficient rendering.
2. Back-End Development Design, develop, and maintain robust server-side logic using Python and Django. Build and manage RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints to support front-end applications. Integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly for effective data communication. Implement security measures, including authentication and data protection mechanisms.
3. Database Management Design and maintain scalable databases using SQL or NoSQL systems. Optimize database queries for performance and reliability. Handle data migration, seeding, and transformation processes.
4. Testing and Debugging Write comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests for both front-end and back-end systems. Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and performance issues. Maintain a high level of code coverage to ensure application stability.
5. Code Quality and Collaboration Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Document code, APIs, and architectural decisions for better team collaboration. Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
6. Performance Optimization Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the application. Profile application behavior and optimize loading times and responsiveness. Monitor production performance and implement improvements proactively.
7. Large Language Model (LLM) Development Develop and fine-tune LLMs for specific use cases, ensuring high accuracy and performance. Curate, preprocess, and manage large-scale datasets for training and evaluation. Experiment with model architectures and fine-tuning strategies to enhance results. Integrate LLMs into applications for seamless deployment and optimized performance on cloud and edge devices.
8. Research and Innovation Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and related fields. Apply cutting-edge techniques to improve model capabilities and contribute to research papers or technical documentation.
9. Adaptability and Learning Stay informed about trends in web development and LLM advancements. Continuously learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and techniques to enhance team and project success. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Proven experience in React, Python, and Django for full-stack development; prior experience with LLMs or NLP technologies is a plus. Skills: Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, including modern frameworks and tools. Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL). Experience with LLM fine-tuning, dataset management, and deployment. Familiarity with testing frameworks and version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
