ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Lead Integration Technician will be responsible for overseeing the onsite, day-to-day operations of the Integration lab. This individual will provide daily directions on order status and requirements to team members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage day to day orders in Integration lab.
  • Oversee the training of Integration personnel.
  • Audit and troubleshoot work performed by team members.
  • Collaborate with delivery team and PMO team.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Build processes and procedures within team.
  • Provide coverage for Integration Technicians to ensure daily operations are fulfilled as needed.
  • Be a liaison between other internal departments.

QUALIFICATIONS & INTERESTS:

  • Associates degree or equivalent level of experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of integration experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in managing and/or directing teams.
  • Excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, self-starter, well organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.Estimated Pay Range$25—$38 USD * * *
