🚀 About the Role
Your mission is to work hand-in-hand with the founders to solve the company’s most pressing challenges—no matter how big or small. You will cover all aspects of the business - ranging from market analysis to NDA contract creation to marketing event organisation to sales presentation.
This will be fast paced role with very high degree of responsibility and ownership. We are looking for a go-getter who can get stuff done, is hungry and ready to make an impact – everything else can be taught.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Act as an extension of the founders, especially the COO, to facilitate decision-making and prioritise high-leverage opportunities
Own mission-critical projects from concept to execution to drive growth
Analyse and improve processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
Step in wherever needed to solve problems and address urgent challenges
Prepare sales materials, investor updates, board presentations, marketing content, internal and external events
Foster continuous learning and performance improvement across the team
🌟 What We Are Looking For:
2+ years experience in high-performing environment (startups, consulting, IB, VCs or similar)
Exceptional problem-solving skills
A ‘no task is too big or too small’ mindset where you will roll up your sleeve to get the job done
Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in chaotic, evolving situations
Bonus: Understanding or experience in biotechnology, high-performance computing or other scientific industries
⚒️ Our Recruitment Process

Take-home & Competency Deep Dive (1 hour): Complete a practical exercise (e.g., case study, presentation, or technical problem-solving) to explore the role's responsibilities and expectations
On-site meetup (Half Day): On-site interviews and team lunch at our headquarters to ask any questions and experience our office and culture firsthand
Offer: Final decision and offer
