About the Role
We are looking for a self-starter Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about developing groundbreaking products in a fast-paced, iterative environment. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and scaling Keyllee's platform, bringing transformative AI solutions to health-conscious users and providers worldwide.

As a key team member, you will collaborate with designers, product managers, and researchers to push the boundaries of health tech and make wellness more accessible.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end development of Keyllee’s platform, including mobile applications, web interfaces, and backend systems, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across all devices.

• Develop and integrate AI-driven features, working closely with AI researchers to implement and refine algorithms for personalized health and wellness recommendations.
  Architect and build scalable, high-performance systems capable of managing dynamic data, user interactions, and real-time updates efficiently.

• Enhance platform usability and performance, optimizing both front-end interfaces and back-end infrastructure for speed, reliability, and accessibility.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and researchers, to transform ideas into impactful solutions.

• Shape Keyllee’s technology roadmap, contributing innovative ideas and technical solutions to achieve our mission of transforming health and wellness through cutting-edge technology.

Minimum qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience in startups or tech-driven companies.
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, React, and other modern web technologies.
• Experience with backend development using Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL.
• Experience building scalable platforms with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, and social media is a plus.
• Extensive expertise in AI/ML, including fine-tuning and integrating LLMs, developing conversational AI, personalizing user experiences, and leveraging data-driven insights.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment with competing priorities.

Interview Process

• Introductory Call: Chat with a founder to discuss Keyllee’s mission, role expectations, and your fit.
• Live Technical Assignment: A live coding session with our Tech Lead to evaluate your problem-solving and technical skills.
• Offer: If it’s a match, we’ll extend an offer to join our team!

Compensation: Initially, you'll be rewarded with equity, giving you a stake in the company's success and growth. As we complete the MVP and secure our seed funding round, you'll transition to a base salary, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
