We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join Bolt’s Groceries team and help us build our grocery vertical and dark stores across the country.

About the role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join Bolt’s Groceries team on our journey to build our grocery vertical and dark stores all over the country. You will work closely with both local and HQ teams to achieve our ambitious delivery goals.
You must be able to thrive in a startup environment and succeed in navigating ambiguity and competing priorities. High judgment, the ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communication, and great stakeholder management are essential to success in this role.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Approving invoices and resolving issues based on data from supporting systems.
- Placing purchasing orders to ensure the best possible SKU availability across all our stores.
- Tracking purchasing order fulfillment processes and vendor performance metrics daily to identify areas for improvement.
- Managing communication with suppliers regarding non-deliveries or changed delivery schedules.
- Supporting Supply Chain Specialists in performance analysis and forecast adjustments.
- Reports to Country Supply Chain Manager
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Nice to have: 1 year of experience in any role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Good Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and written skills in English and Romanian.
