The enthusiastic DeciBio Consulting (“DeciBio”) Strategy Consulting team is seeking a Life Science Associate Product Manager for its growing Market Reports division. Our Market Reports and Ad Boards span the patient journey in precision oncology.
This position will based in our San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York offices, and is hiring for an early 2025 start date.

Core Responsibilities - Associate Product Manager:
- RESEARCH: Guide and conduct primary research campaigns (e.g., interviews) using business intuition, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence; Conduct secondary research (e.g., reviewing technical and professional publications, etc.) regarding competitors, patients, customers, products, markets, etc.
- ANALYSIS: Collaborate with team members to build market models, find trends, and form conclusions based on your research, Excel models, and other data analyses
- COMMUNICATION: Create detailed PowerPoint presentations that describe and forecast the market landscape in detail; Lead and support business development and sales initiatives; Lead marketing initiatives for individual reports
- MANAGEMENT: Lead the development and publication of specific market reports, with guidance; Manage Analysts and other team members’ workstreams

Job Requirements:
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- A PhD in an applicable field or at least three years of directly applicable experience such that the candidate is ready to hit the ground running on day 1
- Superb presentation, writing, and analytical abilities in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders, including customers
- MS Office suite experience (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
- Demonstrated project management skills – including the ability to independently manage long-term projects, keeping milestones and deliverables on track, meeting deadlines, and proactively identifying potential roadblocks to ensure project success
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with an ability to work independently with minimal oversight
