About the job
As a highly organized and resourceful Logistics Planner at Augury, you will own and manage a wide scope of logistics operations. You will be responsible for processing material requests, maintaining inventory accuracy, and bridging operational gaps with third-party carriers and warehouses. You will play a pivotal role in building our logistics team and refining processes, both in collaboration with stakeholders and within our ERP systems. This position is remote but requires being in the NYC office once a week.
A Day In Your Life
- Perform regular data entry and updates in ERP systems.
- Confirm and manage sales orders.
- Coordinate shipments across the Americas, from Canada to LATAM.
- Oversee inventory management and conduct cycle counts.
- Manage reverse logistics, including returns from the field.
- Maintain active communication with logistics partners, carriers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with delivery operations, vendors, and cross-functional departments.
- Provide basic reporting and analysis to inform logistics decisions.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3 plus years in a logistics-focused role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite experience is an advantage).
- Familiarity with G-Suite tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Analytics).
- Basic reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and against tight deadlines.
- Strong multitasking ability, detail-oriented, and efficient.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
- Travel up to 10% of the time to warehouse locations in Canada, US and Mexico.
- Candidates must be based within commuting distance from the NYC area, as you will be required to go into the NYC office once a week.

The pay range for this position in Colorado, California and New York City is $85,000 to $100,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
