  • Business Acumen: Proven experience in business leadership, with a strong understanding of organizational strategy and operations.
  • Executive Expertise: Experience working at an executive level, managing complex initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Holistic Perspective: A big-picture thinker who understands the intricacies of how people, processes, and performance intertwine.
  • Hands-On Approach: Willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle small, detailed tasks to ensure successful execution.
  • Innovative Mindset: A creative and forward-thinking approach to HR challenges, with a focus on delivering modern solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the founding team to set the vision and strategic direction for the consultancy.
  • Client Engagement: Partner with global organizations to design and implement people-first, data-driven HR strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring our consultancy remains agile, innovative, and impactful.
  • Team Development: Build and nurture a diverse, high-performing team that shares our values and commitment to excellence.
  • Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion, including partnerships, new markets, and innovative service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on leadership and strategy.
  • Proven success in driving organizational change through people-centric HR initiatives.
  • Expertise in leveraging HR data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be a key player in a growing organization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
