Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the founding team to set the vision and strategic direction for the consultancy.
- Client Engagement: Partner with global organizations to design and implement people-first, data-driven HR strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring our consultancy remains agile, innovative, and impactful.
- Team Development: Build and nurture a diverse, high-performing team that shares our values and commitment to excellence.
- Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion, including partnerships, new markets, and innovative service offerings.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on leadership and strategy.
- Proven success in driving organizational change through people-centric HR initiatives.
- Expertise in leveraging HR data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be a key player in a growing organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
