The goal is to be constantly present on Linkedin via interesting & hopefully viral posts about UGC industry and Influee bleeding edge marketing solutions. Along with that use the power of our UGC creators and create local (+10 markets) social media account that we'll populate with original UGC content from our UGC creators.
LinkedIn Content Strategy and Posting:
- Develop a system for consistent weekly LinkedIn posts in English, focusing on themes like case studies, best practices, product demos, and more.
- Design content workflows that include a main long-form post and two snippet posts to reshare and amplify the primary post’s reach.
- Write engaging copy for long-form posts that position the company as a thought leader.
Social Media Video Strategy and Leadership:
- Lead the creation process for short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.
- Oversee script ideation, aligning content with market-specific trends and global brand messaging.
- Manage in-house and local market creators, serving as UGC ambassadors, to obtain content.
- Coordinate with editors to handle post-production and ensure timely, high-quality output.
- Oversee the publishing process, ensuring consistency in scheduling and platform optimization.
Content Calendar Management:
- Develop and manage a structured calendar for all platforms to ensure consistent posting schedules across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with local teams and creators to align content with key campaigns and market-specific objectives.
Analytics and Iteration:
- Track and analyze performance metrics across all platforms to evaluate the success of posts and videos.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and refine content creation.
Collaboration with B2B Influencers:
- Identify and build relationships with influential B2B creators on LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Conduct outreach to promote the affiliate program, offering standard affiliate deals.
- Negotiate custom agreements for larger influencers, combining flat fees with affiliate commissions.
