Technical Content Writer

Key Responsibilities :

Write and edit technical content for websites, blogs, research papers, case studies, product documentation, user guides and marketing materials.
Manage social media content to engage audiences and promote brand visibility.
Translate complex industrial automation and IoT concepts into clear, accessible content.
Collaborate with experts, product managers and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and brand alignment.
Develop content strategies by identifying target audiences, themes and messaging.
Optimize content for SEO using relevant keywords and best practices.
Promote content via social media, email campaigns and other channels to boost engagement.
Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy and consistency.
Update content regularly to maintain relevance and industry compliance.
Plan and organize content calendars to align with marketing objectives.
Conduct industry research to stay updated on automation and IoT trends.
Create and maintain detailed, user-friendly technical documentation and reports.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field or pursuing. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Understanding of AI, Robotics and manufacturing.
Proficiency in English is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or a related technical field.
Industry-Specific Experience: Experience in technical writing within the industrial automation, IoT or technology sectors.
Social Media Experience: Proficiency in using social media platforms for content promotion and engagement.

Location: Chandigarh (Work from Office).
Salary Range : 12K to 18k per month.
