Maventech Labs is an industry leader in building innovative B2B ERP SaaS platforms for bus operators and cargo-logistics companies.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on Product-Project-Program Manager who is ready to make an impact in the transportation industry by delivering world-class solutions.

** Key Responsibilities:**

Product Management:

• Lead the prioritization of product features and backlogs for B2B ERP SaaS platforms.
• Oversee B2C web/app development, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience.
• Create product wireframes and work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and deliver product roadmaps and timelines.

Project Management:

• Plan and execute project sprints, running daily engineering scrums to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Track progress, identify risks, and drive resolution to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Communicate directly with leaders from private and public organizations in the bus, cargo transportation, and logistics industries.
• Serve as the bridge between the engineering team, product support resources, and external stakeholders.
• Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to continuously refine the product.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor teams of 10-30 engineering and 5-6 product support resources.
• Foster collaboration and ensure a culture of accountability within the team.
• Act as the go-to person for resolving bottlenecks and technical challenges.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Industry Expertise: Experience in transportation, logistics, or SaaS ERP, related fields.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Spreadsheet, Word, Powerpoint, Jira, Trello, or Asana for project management. Experience with wireframing tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or similar.
3. Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage cross functional teams of 1030 members.
4. Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi. Proficiency in any additional Indian languages is preferred.
5. Adaptability: Ability to quickly grasp complex systems and go into the details when required.
6. Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, public/private leaders, and cross functional teams.
7. Experience with ERP or SaaS platforms, particularly in fleet management or logistics.
8. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
9. Past experience working with B2B or B2C web/app development projects.
10. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
