We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Product Development team in Conshohocken, PA!

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plan with scope, milestones, schedules, and resources;
- Track project progress and report project status to all stakeholders;
- Manage and track changes to scope, priorities, schedules and resources;
- Facilitating agile ceremonies, including PI planning, daily stand-up, sprint retrospectives, backlog grooming, sprint planning and other meetings as needed;
- Work closely with development and QA managers to coordinate task schedule and resource allocation, resolve conflicts, and maintain full visibility of multiple projects;
- Anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project;
- Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review;
- Identify and mitigate any potential issue that may impact the deliverables of software releases;
- Work with development and QA managers to streamline and refine practices;
- Provide leadership and coaching regarding Scrum/PM practices, internal process, collaboration tools, etc.
- Continuously up-skill and stay updated with the products functionality and technology basics;
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
- Familiarity with project management concepts, principles, and practices;
- Deep understanding of SDLC and scaled agile_ _using industry standard methodologies;
- Ability to manage multiple projects of large scope and high complexity;
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills and capability of influencing without authority;
- Ability to work with a globally distributed and diverse teams;
- Experience with Project Management tools like Jira, Confluence, Power-BI, Microsoft Office, etc.
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional experience in managing software development projects.
