Join a dynamic company as we are seeking out experienced MDR’s to drive lead generation activities for our sales teams. Responsibilities focus on uncovering a portfolio of leads and qualifying new business opportunities to assist in selling our all-in-one Practice Management software. You will be the foundation of our biggest future deals!
As an MDR, you will be responsible for managing a batch of leads generated from marketing, web, chat, and any inbound campaigns set by the Sales and Marketing teams. Your job is to clearly communicate with prospects, listen to their needs and determine if they’re a good fit to move forward in the sales process.
You will work closely with the multi-faceted Sales and Marketing team to identify key targets, maintain an up to date pipeline, and drive qualified leads as part of our sales organization. We are looking for an individual that is motivated, positive, and metrics minded.
What you will do:
- Maintain effective time management skills to manage pipeline and drive a high volume of leads to senior sales teams
- Partner with the Sales team to achieve mutually aligned sales goals each month
- Own and accurately qualify leads via phone, email, and other channels by building a relationship with key decision makers and identifying their needs
- Properly document all customer interactions in the CRM and other reporting tools.
- Overcome objectives and effectively communicate the value of TaxDome’s products and services.
- Create strong relationships with the TaxDome Sales and Customer Success Manager (CSM) teams to assist in overall lead generation.
- Prioritize workload in order to meet all KPI’s, goals, and objectives
What you have or know:
- Strong desire to be in technology space and pursue a career in sales, account development, or product management
- 1+ years of sales experience or sales development activities
- Experience in Sales CRM required
- Experience in the Accounting Industry is a plus
- Prior inside sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships quickly, both internally and externally with prospects
- Self-starter with enthusiasm for problem solving
- A passion for using technology to create more effective business environments
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
