Motion Graphics Designer (Remote)

We are on the hunt for a Motion Graphics Designer who thrives on creativity and innovation. This role will focus on creating dynamic animations for podcasts, explainer videos, and ads. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with a designer who will provide guidance and frames – but the motion design part is where you’ll get to fully explore your creativity and bring stories to life.

Responsibilities

Create motion graphics animations for podcasts, explainers, and ads
Work closely with a designer who will guide you with frames and visual references
Bring your creativity to the forefront in the motion design process
Collaborate remotely with the team to ensure consistency and high quality in all projects

Requirements

1. Strong work ethic (communication and accountability are key)
2. Expertise in motion graphics and animation tools (such as After Effects or similar)
3. Ability to interpret design frames and add creative motion elements
4. A passion for storytelling through visual design

Incentive Structure
