SDE3 Frontend Developer (ReactJS, Next.js)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our technology team as a Team Lead - Frontend. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development with expertise in ReactJS and Next.js. As a SDE3, you will play a key role in leading a talented team of frontend developers, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, ensuring the team's skills are aligned with the company's goals.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain a high standard of code quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring frontend development teams.
• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
