We’re seeking a Social Media Manager with a knack for crafting compelling content, engaging audiences, and leveraging social platforms to support our government contracts and sales initiatives. This is a commission-based role, offering significant earning potential for results-driven professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote government contract opportunities and sales initiatives.
• Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
• Create engaging, high-quality content, including posts, graphics, and videos, tailored to our target audience.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and influencers in the government and B2B sectors.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and insights to improve campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align social media strategies with revenue goals.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices, particularly in the government contracts and B2B space.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally with a focus on government contracts, sales, or B2B markets.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a commission-based environment.
• Familiarity with government contracting processes and terminology is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role, with compensation tied directly to the success of social media-driven government contracts and sales opportunities.
