Senior REACT Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ReactJS Developer to lead and drive the development of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ReactJS and a solid understanding of front-end architecture and best practices. As a senior team member, you will play a crucial role in guiding the team, implementing high-quality code, and making strategic decisions for project success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop complex web applications using ReactJS.
• Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance standards.
• Conduct code reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge tools in front-end development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on ReactJS.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Proficiency in state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and React ecosystem tools.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
• Experience with Git and other version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices and DevOps workflows.
• Knowledge of backend technologies or full-stack experience is a plus.
• Experience in BPM tools such as Pega, Bizagi, Appian, Active Matrix and other related tools is strongly preferred;
• Hands on experience in design and development using Camunda is preferred;
• Extensive BPM knowledge and experience in conceptualizing workflow solution using Camunda is a Plus;
• Previous experience leading development teams or mentoring junior developers.
• Portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing relevant projects.
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
