ROLE:
As the Brand Manager at Dream Firms, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice, presence, and performance of our brand across multiple platforms. You’ll be a creative and strategic leader responsible for driving engagement, expanding our audience, and ensuring our content aligns with the vision of empowering entrepreneurial accountants to build their dream firms efficiently.
This role is about more than managing content; it’s about creating and executing strategies that inspire our community and optimize our online presence. You’ll collaborate closely with the founders and various teams to build a world-class brand that reflects our values of ownership, proactivity, and authenticity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation & Strategy
- Produce 5-7 engaging emails per week to support marketing campaigns.
- Create 2+ case studies per month by interviewing clients and showcasing their success stories.
- Publish 4 blogs per month based on interviews or original insights, ensuring consistency with our brand voice.
- Post 1 LinkedIn article monthly by repurposing top-performing content for a professional audience.
- Deliver 1 monthly client success recap, highlighting 3+ top clients in a PDF and blog format.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create social media posts aligned with promotional schedules.
- Share one original weekly insight in our student community and create weekly poll questions across platforms.
Video Content & Optimization
- Review and provide actionable feedback on video assets daily.
- Manage short video production with the in-house editor, producing 2-3 shorts per long-form video for IG Reels, TikTok, YT Shorts, etc.
- Optimize YouTube videos by adding chapters, clickable titles, and detailed feedback for thumbnails to improve CTR.
- Attend weekly live video sessions with the founder, identify key moments, and compile ideas for further content creation.
Brand Performance & Insights
- Deliver monthly online brand performance reports, tracking KPIs across platforms and measuring the impact of your strategies.
- Monitor and provide actionable insights based on questions/concerns in our student network daily.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Prepare event descriptions immediately after content planning sessions, ensuring accuracy and registration ease.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to develop assets for short-term promotional campaigns.
- Oversee website updates, including publishing blogs, case studies and testimonials
- Leverage top-performing emails as social media posts and vice versa to maximize reach.
- Establish quarterly promotional calendars with team leaders to ensure alignment with goals.
RESULTS:
- Deliver high-quality, consistent content to engage and grow our community.
- Enhance brand visibility and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form video platforms.
- Maintain a cohesive and authentic brand voice that resonates consistently across all platforms and communication channels.
- Provide actionable data insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Build a strong connection between our brand and the entrepreneurial accountants we serve.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or brand management.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong ability to capture brand voice.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency with content development.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
LOCATION:
Fully Remote
SALARY:$100,000 OTE
- $70,000 Base
- $7,500 Quarterly Performance-Based Bonus
