Position: GCP Data Engineer and DevOps Specialist
Experience: 6-9 Yrs
Location: Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate - 60 Days
Primary Skills: GCP, Devops, Python, GCP Certification is mandatory

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Cloud Composer.
Expertise in SQL, with the ability to write optimized queries for large datasets.
Proficiency in Python for data engineering tasks.
Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for building and managing data transformations.
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure management and automation using Terraform.
Familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaboration in an Agile development environment.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:

Take end-to-end responsibility to build, optimize and support of existing and new data products towards the defined target vision
Be a champion of DevOps mindset and principles and able to manage CI/CD pipelines and terraform as well as Cloud infrastructure, in our context, it is GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
Ensure that our built data products work as independent units of deployment and non-functional aspects of the data products follow the defined standards for security, scalability, observability, and performance.
Work close to the Product Owner and other stakeholders around vision for existing data products and identifying new data products to support our customer needs
Work with product teams within and outside our domain around topics that relate to the data mesh concept.
Evaluate and drive continuous improvement and reducing technical debt in the teams
Maintain expertise in latest data/analytics and cloud technologies
