As the Sr. Growth Marketing Creative Manager, you will be a meaningful driver in helping our marketing, product and engineering teams grow the future of Roblox. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Creative Manager to own the creative strategy and execution for growth marketing campaigns. You will be a key player in driving product adoption, growing revenue, and crafting the future of our ad platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the performance advertising landscape, excellent interpersonal skills, and a data-driven approach.
You'll partner with growth marketers, data scientists, product managers, engineers and leaders across the company to grow Roblox's user base, re-engage users, and drive successful campaigns.
Role is based in our San Mateo, CA office from Tuesday - Thursday and remote Monday/Friday. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing.
You will:
- Lead the development of innovative marketing strategies to attract and engage users, while maintaining brand consistency. This involves app stores, paid channels, paid influencers, and more.
- Be responsible for the creation of high-quality marketing assets, including video, digital, social media, and experiential content.
- Craft the creative testing roadmap and manage the day-to-day creative optimization analysis and performance read out across channels.
- Partner closely with both cross-functional teams (growth marketing, marketing, creative studio, product, communications) and external agencies to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends in design, technology, and youth culture, particularly within the platform and gaming space.
- Collaborate with external/internal agencies and vendors as needed to complete creative projects.
- Work with team members to find opportunities to optimize the creative operation process.
You have:
- 8+ years experience in senior creative role with a strong background in the design and marketing.
- A genuine passion for gaming and immersive experiences.
- Expertise in growth marketing or user acquisition with focus on the user funnel.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing innovative and effective creative work.
- Strong understanding of incrementality, coefficients, ARPU and user LTV.
- Analytical and quantitative approach. Data-driven results are at the forefront of all decisions.
- Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Knowledge of up to date ad tech (gen ai, etc) and advertising products to yield scalability.
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range$183,910—$225,280 USD
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
