YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for an Operations intern to work in our team in Tunisia. Are you passionate, proactive, data-driven and hands-on? Do you want to evolve in one of the fastest growing Start-ups of Europe, building a product that will change people's day-to-day and disrupt the on-demand market.

THE JOURNEY

• Support our team with managing the Tunis fleet
• Support our team on onboardings (trainings and accounts’ activation)
• Support Couriers - attention hours (Daily)
• CFO tracking
• Live Maps and Live follow up to the saturation and comms on Whatsapp Groups to push
• Collecting courier insights from the focus groups/ surveys etc.
• Glover personal accidents management / claims
• Review of LiveOps file or Partners escalations

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelor in Engineering, Maths or any technological domain
• Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
• Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
• Excel proficiency
• Experience in SQL
• Professional English
• An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
