Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as Co-founder at Capitron Exchange and convertible to CEO/COO. The Cofounder will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing fundraising, coordinating sales and marketing efforts, conducting research, and implementing analytics strategies. Additionally, the Co-founder will be responsible for communication and collaboration with the team.

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• The co founder need to bring significant investment to the company in return for equity/tokens
