Skills and Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Proficient in Python programming with the ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn is advantageous.
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis. Familiarity with data preprocessing and feature engineering to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
• Knowledge of data scraping techniques and tools to gather datasets for training and evaluation purposes.
• Must have knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI, with a keen interest in further developing skills in this area.
• Valuable experience in fine-tuning LLMs and crafting conversational AI applications.
• Knowledge of GenAI applications using tools such as Langchain and LlamaIndex, focusing on implementing, training, and fine-tuning LLM and GPT-like models on large-scale datasets.
• Basic knowledge of the AWS ecosystem, including services like Amazon EC2, Lambda, and AWS GenAI services (this will be a plus).
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in AI, machine learning, and NLP.
• Adaptable and agile mindset, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments while embracing new challenges and technologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies to streamline project workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a mission-driven environment.

• Collaborate closely with our team to design, develop, and refine large language models and generative models tailored for various applications.
• Utilize your expertise in software development and natural language processing to innovate algorithms and methodologies for generative modeling tasks.
