Role Overview:
We’re seeking an Executive Assistant to work on-site, managing high-stakes communication and organization for our CEO. This role involves supporting investor outreach and high-end customer interactions, ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and follow-up.

Responsibilities:

  • Investor and Client Relations: Coordinate and attend meetings with investors and high-end clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations, ensuring all materials are tailored and professional.
  • High-End Customer Support: Address inquiries from high-end clients and coordinate any special requests, offering top-tier customer service.
  • Research and Targeting: Conduct research on prospective investors and high-value customers to support targeted outreach.
  • Schedule Management: Maintain a well-organized calendar, handling all investor and client engagements to keep the CEO’s schedule efficient.
  • Professional Representation: Act as a key point of contact, handling sensitive information with discretion and presenting a polished, professional image.
  • Administrative Support: Oversee communication, document organization, and CRM data for smooth management of investor and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally in a high-touch customer service or investor relations capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with high-end customer support and investor relations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM and project management tools.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and keen attention to detail.
