We're on the lookout for a talented Moderator - Support Agent to join our dynamic team and help us continue our growth.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with customers through chat and email.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build positive relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and maintain platform integrity by removing any inappropriate or illegal content.
• Ensure customers are following game rules and regulations.
• Become knowledgeable about our products to deliver accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• Native Portuguese speaker.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient typing and computer navigation skills (minimum 25 WPM).
• Strong customer orientation and ability to adapt to various personalities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive outlook in challenging situations.
• Attention to detail and patience.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willingness to pursue goals and engage in self-improvement.
• Flexible to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position with a schedule of 40 to 44 hours per week.
