Workplace Real Estate Manager

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager to join our People & Workplace team.

About the role

As a real Estate Manager you will be responsible for analysing the workspace needs of the organisation across 50+ countries, hunting for and negotiating the best real estate deals, managing the fit-out of our new facilities and making sure all of our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Creating new offices and redesign existing facilities, taking into account factors such as the site's functions, staff interactions and traffic flow.
• Hunting for the best property deals across 50+ countries, making sure we can offer the best facilities to our ever-growing teams and business requirements.
• Reading and understanding real estate leasing contracts together with our Legal team and negotiating the best possible terms.
• Taking an active role in the design of our workplaces around the world.
• Proactively researching the real estate landscape across all of our markets and advising the management team on the best investment decisions.

About you:

• You have 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate
• You feel comfortable reviewing and negotiating complex leasing contracts
• You have a data-driven analytical mindset (strong Excel skills are a must)
• You're a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
• You have excellent spoken and written English
• You're passionate about new technologies and ride-sharing
