Overview

We are seeking a skilled Laravel/Vue Web Developer to assist in the development and enhancement of our platform and AI tools. This is a contract role with the potential for full-time conversion, offering the opportunity to work on innovative projects while contributing to a meaningful mission.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in professional software development.
• At least 1 year of experience with Laravel development.
• At least 1 year of Vue experience.
• Proficiency in PHP 8
• Familiary in MySQL
• Familiary in an AWS environment
• Proficiency using git and GitHub
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
• Understanding of server administration, particularly with Ubuntu, is a plus.
• Experience with C# is helpful but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to communicate and form effective working relationships with non-technical product experts, such as business leaders or product managers.
• Our preference for this role is someone located within the United States.

Hiring Process

1. Our team will review your application and CV to see if we think you'd be a good fit.
2. We'll proceed to a general interview with basic questions about your past experiences, no more than 45 minutes conducted virtually via Zoom.
3. We'll issue a very brief "code challenge" that should take roughly 1-2 hours. Feel free to use ChatGPT or similar AI tools. Send us a link to the repository (GitHub preferred) and we'll take a look.
4. If everything looks good, we're looking for someone to start no later than January 2025.
