5-7 years of Experience as a Functional Consultant/ Tester in Customer Service Technology
Good knowledge of GCP CCAI service is must.
2+ year Experience in Dialogflow CX and Agent Assist
Experience in conversational bots for various channels
Experience in user-centric conversation experiences involving chat, text or voice.
Understand/Develop Test plan and Test Strategy.
Experience in Integration Testing/API Testing
ERP testing experience
Experience in test reporting.
