We’re passionate about bringing innovation to the transportation space, and we’re looking for a skilled and driven Software Development Co-Founder to help make this vision a reality.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Development Co-Founder who will lead our technical development, establish the architecture, and build the foundation of our core product. As a co-founder, you’ll play a critical role in shaping both our product and our team. You’ll work closely with the founding team and contractors to deliver a reliable, scalable, and efficient solution, all while creating a codebase that can support our future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Co-lead the development of our platform from concept to production, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with other co-founders on product features, strategy, and business goals to ensure the technical roadmap aligns with company objectives.
  
• Quality Assurance: Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous delivery to ensure a robust and secure product.
  
• Problem Solving: Identify and address key technical challenges, iterate quickly on feedback, and adapt the product as we scale.
  

About You

• Experience: Experience in software development whether from school or work.
  
• Skills: A strong understanding of database architecture and API design.
  
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, risk-tolerant, and highly motivated to build something from the ground up.
  
• Communication: Skills to effectively work with both technical and non-technical team members.
  
• Resourcefulness: Problem-solver who is adaptable, quick to pivot when necessary, and eager to take ownership of a project.
  

Compensation

This is an equity-only position at the co-founder level. As the company grows, there may be opportunities for future compensation. We’re looking for someone who is invested in the long-term vision and is motivated by the potential to create and share in the company’s success. Equity is split based on experience and hours.
