We are building the AirBnB of long term home rentals in India. A 100% digital technology enabled brokerage focused just on home rentals. Nothing like this exists in India today and global comps are Quinto Andar (last valued at $5.5 bn) and Lianjia (IPO in NYSE at $87 bn).
We are seeking someone who is not only passionate about startups, real estate, technology, but also thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to contribute to something truly groundbreaking and participate in the creation of something from zero to one.
The ideal candidate is an experienced designer with a passion for creating beautiful, intuitive, and functional products. You will be responsible for creating designs that will shape the future of our product and brand.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and behavior
- Collaborate with the product/tech team to design and develop new features for our product
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design concepts
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Ensure that designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and style
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Contribute to the development of design processes and best practices
- Present designs to stakeholders and defend design decisions
Requirements:
- At least 1+ years of experience as a product designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field (or equivalent experience)
