Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make quick and accurate troubleshooting decisions.
- Quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine to exact positions to perform various tasks.
- Move hands and arms together to grasp, manipulate, or assemble small objects.
- Arrange items or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific sequence or set of rules.
- Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- Concentrate on a task over long periods without being distracted.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Adhere to Safety Protocols
- Assembly operators adhere to all safety protocols and always wear proper safety gear while on the manufacturing, warehouse, or factory room floor.
Assemble Watch Heads
- Complete the assembly of watches of all models which include mechanical and quartz movements by following each step of the standard operating procedure based on production specifications.

- Sitting for long periods of time (almost the entire time), standing, walking, and lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling heavy objects (up to 50lbs).
- Must have the ability to move hands and arms together to grasp, manipulate, or assemble small objects.
- Have the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- Have the ability to see details at close range.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Drug screen and National Criminal Background Check are required.
- 20 / 20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision. Have the ability to see details at close range.
- Able to sit for extended periods of time performing repetitive tasks.
- Excellent eye/hand coordination.
- Ability to handle small instruments with precision.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Candidates with both electrical assembly and mechanical assembly are strongly encouraged to apply.
Special notes about the job:
- All operators are required to wear a smock, a cap and antistatic shoes which will be provided by the company.
- The watch manufacturing space is a clean room with limitations on what can be worn and brought in.

The position requires the employee to interact with lots of people in a light industrial manufacturing area. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high where for an individual without the experience in these types on environment might be disturbing. The plant shall remain dust-free at all times so proper attire will be provided by the company and shall be used at all times.
