Production Coordinator

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to work within our Ready To Wear Production Team. Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or buying.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to create strong partnerships with our mills and production facilities.
• Experience in production planning and understanding of production processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in working with tight delivery schedules.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in production processes is a plus.

What You Will Do:

• Follow and assist in the entire production cycle, starting with price negotiations and ordering Italian fabrics to shipping the products from our ateliers.
• Communicate with our production partners throughout the production process.
• Report on the performance of your suppliers (mills and ateliers) on key KPIs, including OTIF delivery, quality, lead time, and price.
• Assist in the creation of performance and quality-driven action plans for each of your suppliers.
• Use your hands-on approach and independent work ethic to follow up the production process and safeguard on time deliveries for all your suppliers.
