Become a Senior Copywriter - Health/Pharma & Tech (all genders)and join our Team in Berlin.
You Will:
- Conceptualize Global Campaign Concepts: Develop inspiring and innovative global campaign concepts for health/pharma/tech clients, tailored to B2B audiences and designed to roll out seamlessly across a wide range of touchpoints.
- Craft Captivating Copy & Conquer Complexity: Write compelling copy for digital and social channels (e.g., websites, brochures, film concepts, scripts) and print materials, while shaping the written tone and style to align with the brand's identity. Transform complex technical/medical concepts into clear, engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Lead & Inspire: Independently lead projects, collaborating closely with your art partner while guiding and providing constructive feedback to junior and mid-level art directors.
- Master the Details: Work hand-in-hand with creative directors, art directors/designers and the account team throughout the campaign lifecycle—from concept and execution to final delivery. Meet all project requirements with meticulous attention to detail, even under tight deadlines.
- Own the Client Relationship: Actively participate in client meetings, preparing and presenting your work. Offer strategic and innovative solutions that align with client goals, strategy, and feedback—building strong, lasting partnerships.
- Never Stop Learning: Proactively research information relevant to your projects, constantly seeking to expand your understanding and expertise.
You Are:
- A Science Storyteller: With 5+ years of experience in advertising and marketing communications in health/pharma/medical or tech, you possess a portfolio of outstanding work. You excel at crafting compelling narratives that clearly explain complex technical and medical concepts for B2B audiences, developing big campaign ideas, and bringing them to life.
- A Conceptual Thinker & Big Idea Catalyst: You're a conceptual powerhouse and inspiring team collaborator, who thrives on digging deep into each topic and excels at generating big ideas that translate into high-quality copy and award-winning campaigns.
- A Scientific Content Expert: You can expertly translate complex technical, medical and scientific information into clear, concise messaging that adheres to strict regulatory guidelines.
- A Collaborative Self-Starter: You have a proven ability to lead projects independently and effectively in partnership with your art counterpart.
- A Detail-Oriented Executor: You have the ability to oversee all project aspects—from initial concept to final delivery—by meticulously managing details and timelines within the strategic framework and brief.
- A Master of Client Communication: You are a native/fluent English speaker with exceptional communication and presentation skills (PPT) and have a talent for building strong client relationships.You engage confidently in client meetings, effectively present creative work, and demonstrate a clear understanding of client goals, strategies, and feedback.
